One of ViX's most popular styles, the Middle Loop Top, can be confusing to customers who aren't familiar with putting on the style. I developed a hang tag with an easy diagram to guide customers in the dressing room. At the request of our customer service team, I created a graphic for the e-commerce site with more detailed instructions for customers to refer to after receiving their purchase.
